Welcome to Epping Eastwood Football Club

The Epping Eastwood Tigers is the home of football in Sydney’s north west and we have been growing football and friendships since 1952. We support all our players, from those looking to progress their football to an elite level and others just wanting a social kick each week.

Our home ground is the beautiful and central Boronia Park in Epping, which is tree lined and was refurbished in 2016 complete with upgraded turf, new seating areas and adjoining playgrounds.

Each year we field a number of teams across all age groups in the Gladesville-Hornsby Football Association - from Under 6s right through to an elite Premier League team.

If you are considering where you, or your children, might like to play football, then look no further. The Tigers have been growing football and friendships in the Epping and Eastwood district since 1952 and we would love to have you, your family and your friends join our Club!

The Tigers - we’re not just a Club but a part of Epping and Eastwood’s sporting history!

Upcoming Events

The battle for the 2018 Premier League title is heating up with Tigers sitting in the third position as we come to the end of June.

The Tigers are the reigning Premier League Champions and that success was accompanied with hard work, grit and persistence. This season is proving to be no different as it continues to be demanding week on week. Every team in the competition is capable of winning games and is up for the fight.

After winning their opening 4 games of the season, the Tigers then went on a 5-game winless run which contained 2 losses and 3 draws. Things have since turned around as the team has gone on a 3-game winning streak including 2 hard-fought 1-0 wins in local derbies against Rangers and Epping FC.

The game against St Andrews on Saturday 30 June will be one of the biggest games of the season as we play all the current top 5 sides over the next 5 weeks. This is coinciding with the timely return of captain and top goal scorer (9 goals in 5 games) Geoff Turner who returned from injury last weekend against Macquarie University. We go into this game boasting the second strongest attack and defence in the league with St Andrews sitting in third in both categories.

Having dealt with numerous injuries to key members for the squad throughout the season, the Tigers have an almost full complement of players to choose from just as we enter the home stretch.
